About the team
The RidersMotorcycles.com team is owned and managed by Phil Jessopp who is a long time supporter of road racing, having previously been the headline sponsor for the World Championship-winning endurance team Phase One.
Riders Racing was formed in 2004 when the team entered Martin Jessopp in the British Superstock Championship onboard a Ducati. Martin then entered the Supersport Championship in 2005, 2006 and 2007 before moving to BSB. For the 2008 BSB season Martin rode a Honda Fireblade, finishing second in the Cup and winning the Airwaves Kick it up a Gear Award, he also continued on a Honda in 2009.
For the 2010 season all round star Michael Rutter has joined the Riders team alongside Martin Jessopp and from 2010 the team is now known as RidersMotorcycles.com
