Terms and conditions

The person who will ride / use the vehicle must:

• Be aged over 21
• Hold a full UK licence and have held such a licence for at least 1 year
• Have had no more than 8 points on their licence in the last 3 years
• Had had no licence disqualification in the last 5 years
  

The vehicle cannot be provided to

• Fairground operators
• Market traders
• Itinerant workers
• Member of non-UK armed forces or member of UK armed forces based outside the UK
• Professional entertainers
• Professional, semi professional or full time amateur sportsmen or sportswomen
