The bikes are largely standard machines you buy new from any Authorised Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealer. There are no engine modifications permitted under the regulations other than fitting the H-D UK supplied Harris race kit to the designated machine.
The machine minimum weight limits is 233kg ready to ride with fuel and the rear wheel power is around 95 BHP.
The Harris Race Kit includes:
- Head light / tail light and mountains
- Wheels and Tyres
- Discs, brake hoses, brake pads, front master cyclinder and reservoir
- Fork yokes
- Side stand
- Handlebars / Bar ends, grips, switchgear, clutch control, throttle control
- Steering damper
- Exhaust system, oil cooler hoses and re-mounts
- Footpegs, seat, seat sub-frame, front fender, belly pan, undertray and catch tanks
- Rear suspension, front fork midifications (Harris fork Kit modifications are the only ones that are acceptable)
- Race front number plate
- Rear race number plate
- Screaming Eagle Super Tuner Engine map
Modifications outside those permitted within the technical regulations discovered during scutineering will trigger immediate exclusion from the meeting, loss of points and prize monies. |
