Service Advisor & Parts and Accessories Sales Assistant

Working at our Cardiff showroom this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their knowledge and gain valuable experience while working across different areas of our dealership; no day will ever be the same!

Working within our service team you will be booking jobs, greeting customers, acting as liaison with the workshop, keeping customers informed and advising customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering first class service.

Working on our Parts and Accessories department you will enjoy a broad mix of telephone and counter sales duties.

You must be a confident communicator, a confident relationship builder with an excellent telephone manner, have plenty of initiative and an enthusiastic approach.

A motorcycle / motor trade background would be preferred and a full motorcycle driving licence is a necessity.

Morning Cleaner - Cardiff

We are looking for a part time cleaner to work approximately 2 hours per day from 8am to 10am in our prestigious dealership in Sloper Road, Cardiff. You will be responsible for ensuring our showroom and staff area's are kept sparkling clean.

High attention to detail and the ability to work using your own initiative will be advantageous.

Technician

We are currently seeking a fully qualified technician to join our team at Riders Motorcycles in Cardiff. Riders Motorcycles is a main dealer for BMW, Buell, Ducati and Harley-Davidson.

You will be working in our custom built workshop which offers full air conditioning and the latest high specification facilities.

You must be able to produce high quality work in busy environment, be a committed individualand be able to operate well in a small team. Motorcycle experience is preferred and a full motorcycle driving licence is essential.
