Accounts Assistant - Bridgwater - Added 03/01/18

A.A.T. trained  or with experience.

Monday – Friday, 20 – 25 hours per week. Can be flexible on start and finish times if required. Working within a small but busy accounts and administration team, the successful candidate will be flexible and willing to take on responsibility outside of core accountabilities.

You’ll be responsible for;

-Supporting the management team with the preparation of detailed financial analysis

-Producing accurate and timely monthly information

-Supporting the monthly reporting and forecasting cycles

-Providing relevant and timely information to support and challenge business performance

-Monthly journals

-Supplier statement reconciliations

-Ad-hoc finance administration

-Ad-hoc personnel administration

You’ll need to be accurate, able to work to internal deadlines and communicate effectively with both finance and non finance staff.

Ebay, Parts and Accessories Professional - Cardiff - Added 27/12/17

We are looking for a talented individual to run our eBay site and work in our busy parts and accessories departments covering both BMW and Ducati. This job will involve being the primary admin for all aspects of our busy eBay store.  You will also be contributing to all other aspects of the parts department.

You need to be confident and very good with technology, especially eBay and all other office based programs.

Preference would be shown to candidates who already have a parts and accessories back ground although this is not essential as full training would be offered to the person who can demonstrate that they would be right for the position. 

A positive can do attitude is one of the most important qualities that we look for in any new candidate.

Salary is negotiable subject to experience, you must be a team player.

Please note that this this is a retail role and as such you would be required to work Saturdays with a day off in the week, we are currently closed on Sundays and Bank holidays but we do occasionally have weekend events that you may be required to work.

Workshop Service / Bookings Advisor - Cardiff - Added 27/12/17

We now have a position for someone to join our busy workshop team. Working on the front counter you will be dealing with all aspects of workshop life from booking customers in to sorting out warranty claims.

You will need to be a proactive confident individual with an eye for detail and a desire to go the extra mile for our customers.

Applications from candidates in similar roles would be advantageous but as above we would consider applications from anyone who could demonstrate that they would be the right person for the job. We are a prestige motorcycle showroom retailing two of the finest brands in motorcycling, BMW and Ducati.
