I would like to take the time to compliment the team working in the Cardiff branch. I have to commend your salesman for his patience, I made him work very hard for the sale, and kept him longer than most other sales guys would consider reasonable. Just want to praise and thank your service dept - very helpful & polite when ordering a small but very important screw for a Shoei helmet. Just goes to show - look after everyone what every the size of sale. Very impressed with service/dealer. I wish I could say the same about XXXX of XXXXX I bought a 54k car from them in Jan and the windows are playing up - I was given poor customer service by their "service dept" so expressed my dissatisfaction to their manager and service manager - that was last week and have still not had a reply - windows still not fixed. Well done Riders - maybe you should contact them and give them advice on running a business.

Thank you for your time today. We found everyone in the store friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. We have just bought a new car from a leading manufacturer and must say that the Ducati experience was head and shoulders above.

Managed to get out on the bike a bit this first weekend and have now done 80 miles. The first of many 100's I'm sure. Have to say I thought the bike was good to start with, but the more I ride, the better it gets! Many many thanks for your service, it was a pleasure doing business with you. I couldn't help but be impressed at the speed & efficiency which my problem was dealt with. Considering I called you at about 4pm on the Tuesday to have my bike picked up the next morning, have it looked at and delivered back to me Thursday morning, impressed! Especially as you had to communicate between branches and so on. Everyone I dealt with has been personable and helpful.

Thank you! I'm really happy with my recent purchase of a Suzuki Bandit – my first ‘big bike' after a year testing the water on a 125. I went to a number of other showrooms and can't believe they didn't show more interest in someone clearly keen to move on to a new bike. Conversely, right from the start you were much more helpful, both with advice and pulling the bikes around the showroom so I could try them out and I was really pleasantly surprised to be able to take a test ride too.
A fellow biker says that some of your competition are just salesmen whereas the guys at Riders love bikes. I put this to someone else and they said it hit the nail on the head, so your reputation is sound and I have only been able to support this in talking to anyone who is interested. I genuinely do believe that having spoken to a number of your staff that they all take a genuine interest and are more than willing to offer help and advice. The service guys have been great too, turning around the extras that I wanted fitted quicker than I expected.
I've been really happy with the service I've received at Riders, frankly I can't see myself going anywhere else in the future. 
I thought I'd send an E mail to say thanks for looking after my Harley so well. It was in for some fairly major engine work that Harley advised and I have to admit, I was not too happy that this should be happening on a bike with less than 2000 miles. However, I could not tell anything had been touched and I am Fussy ! No I Mean Really Fussy!! Please let your mechanics know that their meticulous work is appreciated.

Last Saturday i visited Riders to watch my friend collect his new VROD. When we tried to leave my bike would not start. After 10 mins of all the bikers in the area trying to get it going one of your staff offered to take it to the workshop to be looked at. Without hesitation the bike was up on the ramp the simple problem identified and fixed by your great staff in there! I just wanted to say a big thank you to those guys, as there are very few places in this day and age that wold have helped someone out so quickly and efficiently without wanting anything in return. As always i will continue to recommend your services to my biker friends and family! 
I would just like to say a big thanks to all at Riders
I went to the Bristol Italian day today had a great ride there had a good look about and then decided to head back to Wales and a spin in Brecon. Bike started fine and gave no sign of any problems and then at the first set of lights, (on red lucky!!) the bike stalled. On trying to restart it would not start and then EODB light lit up and EFI error. Called brake down and was recovered, on arrival Riders had a look at my bike and said both coils had earthed out. The bike is with them now to investigate and repair.
Big thanks for looking at the bike for me and trying to get her going again. I leave her in your capable hands and hope to get some good news on Monday. All the staff were fantastic and made me very welcome and very helpfull. Im sure I will be back on the road soon.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the excellent level of customer service experienced during the recent purchase of my 2010 R1200GSA.
My job title is “Customer Service Director” so I feel somewhat qualified to comment on the level of customer service that has consistently been provided to me (and friends) during my visits to the dealership.
I have been made to feel extremely welcome each time and have been greeted in a friendly and jovial manner. Every time I have e-mailed or called I have had a accurate response within the hour.

May I please thank all your staff in the Parts and Accessories department who showed utmost patience helping my husband find a leather jacket that fitted his ample frame! Please could you pass on my thanks to the team for their speedy and professional work on my bikes. The painting on the tank of the Softail was excellent and looks much better. The collection and delivery was as always meticulous with patience and great care taken over customer's beloved possessions. I've bought a lot of things from Riders, mainly for convenience as it's my nearest decent store, but this experience has cemented my choice to shop with you for everything in the future. Although I'd normally buy things from the web - and a lot of friends think I'm crazy buying straight from the shop - what website could offer this level of service? I was blown away. Just goes to show that the internet simply can't replace a decent human being!

I have had many Ducati bikes over the years and had my bikes serviced at various dealers around the country It is not often I put "pen to paper" (or is it "fingers to keyboard" nowadays?) , but I must make you aware of the fantastic customer service I have received this week.
From the day I came in to get a quote for the work and book the bike in , to yesterday when I left with my pride and joy the customer service was second to none.
Special praise indeed to the mechanic that worked on my bike , he took time out to take me through everything he did on the bike (including work that I was not expecting to be carried out ) and clearly treated my bike as if it was his own . So once again, in this day and age when exceptional customer service is hard to come by, please pass my thanks and appreciation to your team .
